So far we haven’t found any hidden cameras or voice recorders. I did test it out on a mini spy camera I already had just to see if it would be detected and the detector did signal. my husband and I make sure to bring it with us when we travel to sweep our Airbnb or hotel room. this is why I love the fact it’s portable. Just knowing this detector works gives me and my husband some peace of mind.

Very nice quality, easy to use and comes with an easy to understand manual that walks you through it. Plug in the cord it let it fully charge up. Turn it to the sensitivity you want and start waving it around objects. If it lights up then you probably have a bug. We tested it on an old monitor that we had hidden in a teddy bear and it lit up before we even got close to it. Very good price, totally recommend.

This is the second one I bought. It’s very practical little tool for us. My husband took one in his suitcase because he is always travel. I got this for myself for the upcoming woman’s conferences to a couple of countries. Comparing it to the previous one, this is a newer model which has GPS detector and overall higher sensitivity. It will give us a peace of mind during my traveling.

It’s been extremely dependable, it’s easy to use and accurate. Here’s what it can do - Detects hidden cameras including wifi Cameras, IP cameras and miniature cameras and more. It can also detect GPS trackers. It can find so much that if undetected it could invade your privacy, something no one wants to go through. The sensitivity can be adjusted from high to low. On high sensitivity level the detecting range will be far while on low the range will be much shorter. The signal strength helps pinpoint the location of the source.

This is a relatively light design. This did a good job for me. I was being a little paranoid in airtag on my car and this actually was able to find one. It detected it pretty much right away after I went over it. It will alert you. You do have to hover over the area you are searching. It is not something that you can just hold in the middle of the room and it will detect all around. You have to be semi closer to the device. You wave this over it. Does it detect my spy cam? Yes it does. I waved it over the area and it does alert me that there is something there. It will not tell you what it is but it will tell you something is there and what it is broad casting. I actually will last pretty long on one charge. The device is pretty easy to read. It is not highly complex device. You can set the device sensitivity. The speaker is pretty loud if you happen to go over anything it detects. There is a simple power switch that give you more or less power. It is made of plastic as I assume the metal could interfere with the signal. It is a light weight detector. You can charge it via USB. Overall this device is great to have if you want something to help you detect any hidden cameras or GPS devices. You could use this at say an airbnb if you are paranoid. I will say this did detect an airtag on my car which I ran over after I found it. It was scary but glad to know this device will work. It does have to be close to the area you are trying to search. It will beep depending on what band you are looking for but it will not tell you what the device is but only the signal. The lights are not annoying and it is pretty easy to change the settings. There is no kind of bag to carry anything but this is a pretty sturdy device. It is long but not very heavy. It is something to invest if you want a bit more security.
